County Property Permits, a section of Engineering & Permit Services Division, reviews, coordinates, processes and issues public right–of-way encroachment permits for construction or use of County owned roads, flood control systems, harbors, beaches, parks, or other County owned properties and processes special event and filming permits for all County facilities.
